FREE Urgent Care SAME DAY visits

Got a minor urgent matter that you need checked out but don't want to spend hundreds of dollars at an urgent care? Mattias will make SAME-DAY appointments for minor urgent visits so you can get the care you need, WHEN you need it!

Can't See Your Doctor Because of Work/School Time Conflicts?

Here at Hartmann Health Medical  we offer visits when other clinics are CLOSED! Feel free to book AFTER 5PM visits on weekdays and all day on the WEEKENDS!

For Direct Primary Care (DPC)

Individual:

$49 monthly

Individual + Spouse:

$79 monthly

Family:

(Individual + Spouse & 1-2 children). 

 

Add Additional children at +$19 monthly. 

$89 monthly

One-time Registration Fee:

Individual - $50

All other plans - $100

Hartmann Health Medical ONLY accepts patients aged 8-64 years old.

Physical Exams/House calls

Hartmann Health Medical does not have a physical office yet. For physical exams, Mattias will make house calls (come to your house during scheduled times) to perform physical exams. 

Alternatively, you can obtain a physical exam from another practitioner and fax me the physical exam documentation. 

 

However, most of our health visits should be doable over telemedicine (virtual).
